Laser Welding for Pipe Manufacturing Companies

We provide laser welding technology and equipment for pipe manufacturing companies, which has obvious advantages compared with TIG welding. The laser welding speed can reach 20 meters per minute, which is much faster than TIG welding, greatly improving production efficiency. At the same time, laser welding has characteristics of narrow heat-affected zone, firm welding seam, smooth surface and no need for secondary processing, reducing production cost and improving product quality.

We provided a 3000W fiber laser welding system dedicated to tube mill production. The allinone integrated unit includes laser source, welding head, chiller, control system and dust collector. Supports quick installation and fast production once connected to water, power and gas.

The client’s requirements for 41 OD stainless steel pipes are as follows: daily output of 15,000 pieces of 375 mm pipes, 8,000 pieces of 925 mm pipes and 8,000 pieces of 1,675 mm pipes, requiring 24-hour continuous operation.
