Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services including custom branding, logo printing, product packaging with your own design and language, and customized product configurations. Many of our distributor partners sell Wanshida-manufactured products under their own brand names.

Yes. Our plasma, TIG, and MIG torches can be customized with different handle styles, cable lengths, connector types, and consumable configurations according to your market needs. As noted in our catalog, pre-ordered complete torches can be provided with standard accessories or with custom accessory packages based on customer requirements.

Yes. We routinely manufacture plasma electrodes, nozzle tips, shield cups, contact tips, collets, collet bodies, ceramic nozzles, and other consumable parts to match specific OEM reference numbers. All parts are made to match the dimensional and material specifications of the original components.

Yes. We provide all standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and fumigation certificate (for wooden packaging). Additional documents such as CE certificates or product test reports are provided upon request.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. For new customers, the standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Specific payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners with established cooperation history.

We ship via sea freight (FOB Wenzhou or CIF to your destination port), air freight for urgent orders, and international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders. Our factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, with convenient access to Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port for container shipments.

Yes. Since we manufacture torches, consumables, accessories, and also supply laser machines and bending equipment, we can consolidate different product categories into a single container shipment. This reduces your total freight cost and simplifies customs clearance compared to sourcing from multiple suppliers.

We hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, and our products carry CE certification for the European market. We also hold CQC certification and other relevant industry certifications. Our certification system meets market access requirements for Europe, Americas, and Southeast Asia.

We implement quality control at every stage: incoming raw material inspection, in-process dimensional checks during manufacturing, and 100% finished product inspection before packaging. For welding torches and consumables, we verify critical dimensions, material composition, and functional performance (arc testing, pressure testing, and fit-up verification against original OEM parts) before shipment.

We handle quality claims promptly and professionally. If defective products are identified upon arrival, please provide photos and details within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement parts in the next shipment or issue credit, depending on the nature and quantity of the defect. Our long-term defect rate across all product categories is below 0.5%.

Yes. We provide technical support via email, phone, and video call, including product selection guidance, compatibility verification, and troubleshooting assistance. For laser cutting machines, welding robots, and bending machines, we offer on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training services. Remote diagnostics support is available for equipment with digital connectivity.
